This job is about how to construct a survey site collecting personal information that complies with Google AdWords strict site policies. This is as much a conceptual exercise as a technical one and requires a full understanding of Google AdWords site policies. I require a WordPress website that runs a survey to collect visitors' responses to a topic discussed on the website. The site must provide a clear way for people to respond to a request for their input (like the WP comments form) on the landing page without contravening AdWords policy on information harvesting. The information collected will be name, comment and email. The solution MUST comply with Google AdWords landing and site policies as this will be the main source of traffic. Ideally the captured information will to be sent to a third party list manager, e.g. GetResponse, but this is a 'nice to have'. What I am after is a generic solution that can be applied across multiple websites surveying different topics. A WP plugin that extends the inbuilt WP comments approach would be ideal. A WordPress solution is preferred as this provides a simple way for content to be managed but an html/css/javascript template might be acceptable as long as it is AdWords compliant.
