Tasks: Phone testing (Ad-hoc and Screenshot-based), Bug fixing, Linguistic review (quality checking) of software files, linguistic review of documentation. Project specifics: Duration: 5-10 working days in a row/month Retainer model: 8hrs/day Requirements for the candidates: - Native speaker of the target language based in country - 3rd level qualification in translation, linguistics or related field (BA) - Minimum of 2 years experience in localization or translation as a reviewer, linguist, localizer, translator, including technical translation - General knowledge of the telecommunications market where the target language is spoken - Experience working in telecommunications projects - Game localization experience would be an asset - Smartphone user - Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of several applications and platforms, among them: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat - Fluency in verbal and written English - Understanding of localization and terminology management tools - Availability for LQS recruitment test (not paid) - Interest in long-term cooperation which may require even 8/hrs/day availability Payment: 17.00 USD per hour Linguists must live in: Lithuania ________________ Keywords: Lithuanian, English
