i live outside of the country but I still have a very small business in the States. last year my accountant did a corp. tax return and a personal tax return. The IRS sent me my money back and told me that because i have no employees and because of the amount i declared as income (from the business/and for my personal) that i should have filed differently. I believe they were saying that I should have filed like a sole proprietor or something like that even though the company is an LLC. Anyway, I have returns from last year. In any event we're talking about the worlds easiest returns for someone with a business because there are very very few #'s to put in. I would like someone to prepare my 2012 returns for business/personal but properly based on the way the IRS would want someone to who is drawing little income from an LLC in the U.S. with no employees.
