EMEA SMB Marketing Comms Manager
Role Title - EMEA SMB Marketing Comms Manager Role Location - London, Victoria Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global New Media Client to recruit a EMEA SMB Marketing Comms Manager. This will initially be on a 5 month contract for services. Role Overview The Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Marketing team is seeking an EMEA marketing communications manager to support campaign delivery for acquisition and retention marketing efforts for their small-to-mid-market segment. This position will focus on EMEA marketing programs primarily across UK, France and Germany, and will partner tightly with the Global SMB Marketing Communications team. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing SMB Marketing Communication activities for the following countries in EMEA: UK, France, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium. * Execute acquisition and retention strategies * Execute the deployment of the Microsoft and Yahoo! Search Alliance in both industry and customer engagement plans * Plan, execute and measure e-mail campaigns to house/opt-in and purchased prospect list using CRM marketing system. * Execute marketing communications aligned to online advertising, event marketing, direct marketing, and telesales programs working with Global Marketing Managers, EMEA SMB Marketing Lead and country-specific marketing leads. * Develop and manage creative campaign copy, partnering with agency and trade marketing partners. * Manage review cycles with key stakeholders such as segment * Manage project and content localization as appropriate. * Partner with global MarComms and Retention Marketing to input into ongoing customer retention marketing efforts including onboarding, retain & grow communications such as the newsletter and website. * Manage marketing budget and allocation to plan. Work with Analytics team and Ad CRM Marketing group to report on campaign results and business impact. * Collaborate with telesales lead generation team and support marketing comms for prospect conversion and lead nurturing outreach programs. * Coordinate with key business stakeholders and segment managers to align marketing activities to sales and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will have the following : Proven working knowledge in search marketing and online advertising o Solid background of successful online marketing o Strong written and oral presentation skills o Proven working knowledge with internet marketing and tracking, lead generation and lead nurturing programs o Proven background strategizing, planning and implementing integrated marketing communications programs o Previous background in international campaign management is highly preferred. o Linguistic skills: Fluent English, German a plus As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.
