I have a social networking website collection covering many countries inc the US. My company is currenlty based in the UK (im british but not resident in the UK) but im am thinking about a corporate relocation to Delaware as it seems this would provide several tax advantages. I need a consultancy that will address issues covering the full spectrum of tax implications, income tax, sales tax, restructions on trade in delaware or the rest of the US (to aviod domestic tax liabilities) etc. A message based discussion over a couple/few of days would be best for me for later referal. My expectations are that the answers i need will be simple but i will probably be simple as i have done some research but im looking for professional confirmation before proceding.
