Job Description I'm looking for a developer to help me get an online marketplace off the ground. Basically the idea is to create an environment where: Product sellers can… - Create their own "stores"; - Add products; - Add product categories; Product buyers can… - Create profiles and interact with other users (buyers or sellers) by sending messages; - Have access to a virtual shopping cart; - Buy products and pay for them via credit/debit card and other gateways like paypal; - Give feedback about the product they bought. The site will retain a percentage of sales, which will be deducted at the final sale of the product. The idea is to create the website based on WordPress, with the plugins Buddy Press for social networking features and Market Press (the WPMUDEV-http :/ / premium.wpmudev.org / project / e-commerce) for transactional aspects. There will also be a need to create a simplified back-end for sellers (the creation of profiles and the store itself, as well as adding products, should be extremely simple - simpler than the WP back-end).
