eBay Motors (UK) API - Retrive stock from Specific Seller

I am looking for someone who is able to use the eBay API to retrieve general information (such as seller details) and full stock information, from a specific seller on eBay Motors (UK). This function needs to work in real time and in a PHP (5.2.17) environment. A mix of Javascript, AJAX, HTML, and XML are also acceptable. Code must have inline comments to allow updates/fixing in the future. The results need to be able to be formatted using CSS. Keywords: AJAX, Javascript, PHP, HTML, XML
