The project is located in Harris County, TX 77447; County permits, HOA approval, and Inspections are required. All details to reflect the 2009 IRC. Please do provide a set of completed drawings for a similar project you have taken from idea to creation. Though, MEP engineering is not required on this project; I am always prefer to have them.
