Web Application: Online Insurance Lead Generation Form with Analytics
-Lead generation form engine We need the entire functionality of the automobile quoting engine found at demoagency.com all the way through to completion, but not tied into the quoting process with insurance carriers. Every single step, every single element of function. It is imperative that bidding teams carefully review the entire functionality of demoagency.com, including save and return capability, the nested dropdowns, and the fully integrated underlying U.S. year / make / model auto database, etc. Form results should be stored in our admin, processed by a web service you build, and pushed into our salesforce.com account automatically. -Analytics The form results should be tied into our analytics. We would like to build our analytics accessible from an admin on the piwik platform (see piwik.org, piwik is an open source version of Google Analytics, you should be familiar with it in order to quote). In addition to tracking impressions and sources as is standard with piwik, we will be sending query string data with each visitor from paid traffic channels, and we need to create a randomized token for each visitor which will account for all of the parameters in the query string and report this back upon conversions. For example: A user arrives at the form which will be embedded in our website with the following query string in the destination url from a paid traffic network: formurl.com?Type=PPC&Network=Google&Keyword=Auto insurance We will need to capture these parameters and create a unique session ID for this user and track the user's progress through the site and through form completions, such that we will be able to see which traffic type, network and keywords deliver the most conversions (lead form completions). There will be a much longer list of params, this is a sample. So in this example, this user would be assigned a 24 char random alpha numeric code which would form the basis of his session ID. If this user converts, this session ID would report back as a conversion, and the conversion data would flow back into the analytics. We will then need to upload cost data by the same parameters to calculate the ROI for various parameter combinations. We would like to complete the entire project in 3 weeks or less. In order to bid, you must have the following experience, and you must explain this experience in your bid. If you do not address each, your bid will not be considered: 1. Experience building professional content management and lead generation websites 2. Experience building lead gen applications, ideally in the insurance industry 3. Experience using piwik analytics and building robust analytics applications tied into web site reporting 4. Experience implementing with salesforce.com Please review the above carefully, and please bid only after thoroughly reviewing all of our requirements, demoagency.com and detailing your experience regarding the four points above. There will be an opportunity for ongoing cooperation beyond this project, should your team be successful.
