Storyboard an iPad App Based on PowerPoint Mockup

I am creating a PowerPoint-based mockup of an iPad application. I'd like to have a "fake" version of the app runnable on my iPad. I have an Apple developer account and my plan was to use XCode's storyboard feature to do this, but I don't have enough time to complete the task. It needs to be done and ready for review by the end of the day on Thursday, February 16th.
