Automatic UK gumtree poster program

I'm looking for someone to create a basic windows programs that once set up will let you automatically post ads to gumtree. I need someone familiar with gumtree and what information is needed to be able to post. The software I use to use is this www timmydevelopers.com/store/index.php?productID=117 Please look at the info here for requirements. I would like to be able to post the same ad to different regions of the UK without gumtree blocking the ads. I would also like a report of which ads were successfully posted and rejected.
