SAP Solution Architect – (SP2, SAP, SP2, Source 2 Pay, ERP, SAP PI, SAP MM, SAP SNC) Role: SAP Solution Architect Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Location: North West Solution Architect – SAP P2P The role is for an experienced SAP Purchase to Pay (SAP P2P) Consultant capable of designing, building, testing and providing post-implementation support of Purchase to Pay (SAP P2P) production processes. They will have demonstrable experience of completing full lifecycle SAP Purchase to Pay (SAP P2P) implementations in complex production environments such as those found in the Life Sciences industry. They will have a good understanding of delivering SAP into a validated environment, and be experienced in integration to wider SAP components. Solution Architect • Lead the effort to ensure that common architecture decision’s support the business and IS strategy, and that the architectures delivered are compliant with relevant our clients architecture standards, blueprints and roadmaps. • Participate in Architecture Assessments & Reviews either as Lead Reviewing Architect or as a Subject Matter Expert in the review team. • Provide subject matter expertise to ensure business opportunities are identified and realised in line with a standard and cost effective architecture. • Guide and support other architects (including third party suppliers) in the development and documentation of IS/IT architectures for complex and business critical projects. • Be accountable for driving solution evaluation and selection decisions, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates which contribute to the business case. • Create estimates for solution delivery including expertise to validate third party estimates and hence ensure value for money • Document best practices, drive reuse of existing solutions and in cooperation with other Architects promote new solutions for reuse. • Review Statement of Work responses from AD Suppliers Day to day activities include: • Analysis of legacy systems and business processes in a validated environment • Leading requirements gathering, design and gap analysis workshops to identify the optimum SAP solution in a validated environment • Legacy system data migration to SAP in a validated environment • Identification and resolution of integration issues • Application and use of best practice Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems and processes • Working effectively with client and consultancy teams, including influencing key business stakeholders and other team members Skills Profile We are looking for candidates with the following key skills and experience: • Demonstrable experience and well versed in delivery of SAP into Life Science validated environments • Analysis of legacy systems and business processes in a validated environment • Experience in the deployment of Purchase to Pay (P2P) solutions in the Life Sciences industry • Experience as functional business analyst on SAP MM & SAP SNC • Experience of the full SAP project life cycle with at least one in a Team Lead role • Strong communications skills and ability to influence at all levels including team members working remotely • Knowledge of SAP ECC6 Enhancements Packages and relevant SAP certification is desirable
