I run a very small international consulting firm (federally incorporated). I usually have less than 10 invoices in a year and perhaps about 100 expense items. I track bank account transactions in Excel and that serves as my book keeping. My former CA did financial statements and filed the corp tax return. I can provide last year's info to show what we have done. Unfortunately, my accountant has fallen seriously ill and has given up his business. I am looking for someone to take over from him to do the financial statement and tax filing.
