Workforce Resource Manager, 10 months Contract, Milton Keynes Salary c £30,000 This is a 12 month contract reporting to the Centre Manager you will be working within an established team and alongside the existing Resource Planning Managers. You will be responsible for the development of daily reporting and forward planning for this large call centre operating virtually across a number of locations. You will be responsible for the on going development of Workforce Management Planning processes and for gathering and analysing a broad range of data to develop new insight. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a multi channel contact centre working as a forecasting or scheduling analyst for a 100+ seat contact centre, using workforce management software. You will also have a sound knowledge of Windows 98, 2000 or Window NT and considerable experience with ACD reporting systems.
