We are an association that conducts an annual meeting for our members. During our awards ceremony, we recognize those members who have received industry awards during the year leading up to the event. It is a list of names (first and last) with their credentials and school affiliations. We would like to have this list of names pre-recorded so that we can acknowledge these people during dinner with a voice over of the names that we will also display on a powerpoint slide projected onto a very large screen.
