Throwing Gang Signs - Illustration - Art Direction

I need an illustration in full-color but one that can also go to black/white for a t-shirt at some point. As discussed, it'll be Mother Theresa and the Pope throwing gang signs. Slight change to the actual hand signs: Mother T will be Eastside sign and Pope is Westcoast. Please create in high-rez for print. If you need to find other images of each person to work from, that's fine...I just sent those as an idea. I'll defer to your creativity as far as posing, angle of view, background, etc. Perhaps you can rough out a line drawing quickly and send that so I can see your direction? Thx!
