A well established and forward thinking company based in Ashford is looking to recruit an Export Customer Service/Order Processing Executive to cover a 6 month maternity contract to start in April 2012. You will be responsible for accurate and timely order processing of all orders and credit notes, ensure approved orders are managed in line with stock availability for timely release, correct documentation and credits are raised, monitor received orders against forecast and ensure all customer inquiries meet the customer service guidelines / standards and are dealt with efficiently and effectively. As a main point of contact between customers you will have previous customer service experience and be able to provide high levels of customer service at all times. Previous export order processing experience and good organisational skills. You will have the ability to communicate well at all levels and have a polite and professional telephone manner. Able to efficiently manage a wide and varied portfolio of responsibilities and to achieve tight deadlines. This role would suit someone who is proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. Good keyboard skills are required and you will be proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel and Word. Also a good working knowledge of SAP is essential.
