Medical Forms - Help Desk Specialist About the Job Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities §     Client Support - Product Specific (eDemand) Provide support for all inbound phone calls / emails pertaining to the eDemand clinical forms product. Proofing medical forms to ensure accuracy from original document received and eDemand version of form. Creation of eDemand specific tickets (new request/support) using share Point Conduct all follow up calls / emails to confirm ticket resolution Launch new forms, discontinue forms using Administration Tool Create and modify form packs using Adminstation Tool Generate reports for eDemand tickets Generate ticket status reports to clients using excel Generate quarterly reports for eDemand tickets using Excel Generate invoice reports using Excel and Share Point   §   Trouble Ticket Management Creation/update of tickets in Sharepoint ticketing system for all phone calls/emails received Maintain ticketing service level standards (mean time to respond/mean time to fix) Maintain ticketing accuracy §  Proper ticketing association (new request/support)(correct product association) §  Ticket completion of all necessary data (date/time)(contact information) §  Ticket updates (recording all client communications/followups/closing tickets   Education and Experience Proficient with Microsoft Outlook Proficient with Microsoft Excel Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM   High school diploma 1-2yrs relevant work experience   Healthcare experience desired Work environment §  Professional business office setting §  Customer Project work may require overtime     About the Company Precision Document Solutions, established in 1996, provides document workflow and print management solutions to Healthcare providers throughout the United States.
