SAP Product Costing Specialist - Major Blue Chip - Dublin Work with client and business to define requirements and created Design Manage workshops for Product Costing Create Business Process Designs and Functional Designs Configure SAP Plan and conduct Testing Skill set required: - Product Cost Planning - Costing Runs, Standard Cost Estimate - Knowledge of standard costing vs. Moving Average Price - Cost Component Split - Activity Drivers - Overhead Cost Controlling - Profitability Analysis - Variance Analysis - Transfer Pricing - Actual Costing with the material ledger The SAP consultant will lead the Product Costing design from a process and system perspective. The template we are building up is for a global implementation. Standard and actual costing are mandarory skills, and SAP CO-PC, CO-PC-ACT are fundamental skills for this role (material ledger and actual costing). Experience in Design Phase/deliverables (workshops, managing expectations, issue solving, alternative proposals, etc) for clients that have actually implemented the solution and have it live now. Ability to have face to face discussions with the business, and the willing to perform knowledge transfer to other team members are key factors. Integration of product costing with manufacturing and procurement is a must to have skill. CO cost centers, profit centers and COPA are preferential skills as well.
