Hi there, Am looking for a highly talented graphic designer (to layout for a printer) a selection of pages which will appear as articles to be included within a folder. They will contain a mixture of text and about one image per page. It will need to be aesthetically pleasing, in keeping with our brand and the luxury property market. I can send examples of the look it must achieve. We are a property company in prime central London that offers management services to the luxury high end sector. Clients are high net worth individuals and typically financially savvy. I will need to see examples of previous work that would assist me in deciding you are right for the project. For instance, if you've delivered for a high-end brand or property company previously. You will need to be creative, able to fuse high-end, beautifully designed properties combined with an investment/financial focus. Ideally, I'm looking for someone based in the UK so that I can work with them to get this right. You will need to provide a selection of pages that can be sent to the printers ready for printing. We will supply copy and images but will be looking to you for well designed layouts. The timeframe is urgent and would need a layout ready for proofing by 12th Feb 2012 if possible.
