I'm looking for a team of talented, organised, creative Ruby on Rails developers to work with me, my sales manager, and my project manager. You'll help grow my business by responding to growing demand from clients and if things go well we'll build a long-term relationship. You'll be responsible for Ruby on Rails development work, hosting administration (usually on Heroku), and ongoing bug fixes. You'll also work closely with the sales manager and project manager to explain technical details and communicate those details to clients. The most important thing for us when choosing a provider is the ability to produce well-organised, high quality code. Because we want to meet growing demand, we'd prefer to hire a team of developers with one point of contact, but we'll also consider other arrangements. You'll have a lot of freedom to work the way you want to work, but you'll need to ensure consistent quality and communication across different clients and different projects. We need intelligent, dedicated Rails developers who love what they do. Our preferred rate for the work is $30/hour or less but we'll consider paying more for the right provider.
