Hello, freakishly talented 3D artist! We've broken ground on a new game ... a completely new direction for us. The game is coming together and it's a hoot! Now, it's time to bring in a freakishly-talented, quality-focused 3D artist to put some meat on the bone. You'll be set to replicate in 3D a couple of our existing characters from our past 2D games. Then, we'll give you a short list of directives and allow you to just get creative and impress us with four other models. That'll be seven models in total. All of the models will be bipedal humanoid of varying scales, but generally all about the same size. You'll need to carefully walk the line between low-poly models and distinctive visuals. We'll need the models rigged and ready to animate. They'll need to be in .fbx format (I hope I got that right, that's what our developer told me <grin>) . We value what you do! At Thunder Game Works, we allow our developers to innovate. In the same way, we allow and encourage our artists to be creative. We've never understood why companies search for talented people and then hem them in with requirements and design limitations. We'll provide you intentionally vague design requirements and then wait for you to create magic that blows our mind. You'll not find an over-bearing product team here. That said, we are opinionated, so expect a couple rounds of tweaks to get them just right. Keep in mind; we'll end up owning all rights to the models, textures and intellectual property. (Our attorney made me say that part) Compensation is usually hourly rate plus revenue share. You'll also be added to the credits for the game and your opinion will carry weight as we design the gameplay and provide in-game character development.
