Salesforce.com (SFDC) developer PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: SFDC and .Net/Java Developer Testing, coding, administration, triage/trouble shooting are all requirements Develop with test-driven development (TDD) and iterative development Requirements REQUIREMENTS Need to have the latest Salesforce.com and Java/ASP.Net experience Must have strong .Net or Java Must have expertise and strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex programming, Visual force, Data loader, SFDC configuration, Sites and SSO Must have strong SQL experience Must have exposure to SFDC best practices & guidelines in implementing the solution Thorough understanding of the constraints of SFDC, particularly with regard to data, APEX and processing, including an understanding of best practices for delivering business requirements in the context of the constraints Proficiency with development tools, including Eclipse IDE, SVN, and wiki Experience configuring standard SFDC CRM Objects and Modules including validation rules, formulas, record types and page layouts CSS, HTML and other presentation technologies necessary to create customer presentations using Visualforce pages Must have strong knowledge and extensive (2-3 years) work experience in development & implementation of multiple SFDC projects Experience with Batchable and Schedulable interfaces Working with commercial customers Must have experience in Project documentation Must have Good communication and client facing skills Works well within a team Should be able to think beyond the product boundary to suggest solution alternatives PREFERRED SKILLS: SFDC certified professional strongly preferred but not required Agile Methodology experience is a PLUS 3+ years of experience in Infosphere, SalesForce Integration tools, SDLC, analytical skills and problem solving Previous BOA/CW experience Bachelor degree
