Kforce is currently assisting a Boston, Massachusetts area client in the search for a qualified Medical Collections Representative for an upcoming need. Duties Include: Collections of 30-60-90+ DPD delinquencies via telephone and mail correspondence Research billing inquiries / disputes Negotiate with debtors on balances and working out payment arrangements The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): A HS Diploma or equivalent education is required 2+ years of medical collections experience are required Previous exposure in a fast-paced environment Previous medical insurance and medical benefits experience will be a plus Expert researching and communication skills are essential
