We need a web solution to support the set of payroll web services thar we deliver to several companies. The solution must have the: - A employees' data base to list all employees of the company. - A feature to design a "compensation group" with information about salary package. To design a compensation group the tool is going to permit the introduction of different salary components like base salary, allowances, hourly rate, bonus, holidays, benefits and other categories. Basically, we are talking about editing fields with values that will sum to a final salary. The tool must enable the definition of several compensation groups that are going to be allocate to each employee. - A feature to design a "fiscal discount tool". This feature must be completely flexible in order to be adapted to several fiscal regimes. It is a tool to be defined annually with the fiscal discount rates and the social security rates that are going to be apply to employees' salary. With the information of the compensation group and the information of the fiscal discount tool the solution will determine employee's salary and fiscal's discounts. If needed we can adjust the mensal salary of an individual employee. All the information must be exportable to an excel file.
