We are using Sugarcrm with the sierra process manager. We would like to have a custom script created for mail merge. What we would like. 1. When a lead is converted to a contact we would like to have a mail merge start and create a document with the contacts infomation in the mail merge. Then either send this document to the printer or create a task for this letter to print. Please let me know if you have anyother questions.
