Transfer 2 MP3 files to 2 CDs - Audio Editing

We have an MP3 (two interviews) and we need to transfer it to a two CDs so that our duplicating company can make copies. They charge too much to do this for us. We also would like you to make the audio sound good, stabilize it and even it out. Please let me know what experience yo have with this and exactly what you can do to make sure the audio sounds good.
