Stock market data capture
1. Capture London Stock exchange stock tick by tick data from Google Finance/ Yahoo Finance and other such websites. 2. Save the tick by tick data into database 3. The above is the primary requirement. Bidder needs to demonstrate that they have the capability to develop such an application to read a large number of stock quotes tick by tick (as updated in Google Finance) and capture the associated time stamp and stock code and save it in data. 4. As a subsequent step, data needs to be refined/ reduced to minute by minute or 5 minute by minute by using a certain logic. 5. Quality work needed to 1) Download live quotes without missing data 2) Capture data without time delay, 3) database design to be stable to handle as data size grows 6.
