Legal Assistant
Our client needs a Legal Assistant for their Los Angeles location. Job Description: Will be completing legal contracts and agreements Create a database listing of all legal documents Filing of all legal documents. Maintaining the corporate books for all entities. Updating entity organizational charts in Visio Coordinating internal signatures on contracts and agreements, including notarizations. Assist with financial closings. Proofreading documents for accuracy Tracking invoices from external counsel and submitting appropriate payment request forms internally Administrative support and prepare expense reports Legal Assistant Qualifications: 4 years of Legal experience/prefer Paralegal experience with advanced level administrative support, with legal experience Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent ability to prioritize requests Ability to understand legal concepts Ability to analyze legal data and organize efficiently Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Calm demeanor and ability to work well under pressure BA/BS Degree required
