Job Description I'm interested in having some help in putting together a presentation on the topic of "customer experience". This is to share with my staff at work to help them understand the concept. The first thing I would want to do is make sure you understand the concept of "customer experience". It is a visceral reaction/impression/opinion a person experiences based on the environment and the service they encounter while doing business. The best example is an Apple store. Have you been to an Apple store where they sell iPods? It's clean. Open. Bright. The people are friendly. They don't call themselves "salespeople" and there are no "cashiers". Your experience at an Apple store is of high quality interaction in an upscale, pleasant atmosphere. I'd like web research done with case studies of companies that have planned and succeeded at providing a customer experience, and then I'd like a powerpoint created (on a standard template, nothing fancy because we will put it on our corporate template when you are done) No animations or fancy content... just text and pictures. The powerpoint should include: quotes from companies that have done it well... quotes from customers or analysists regarding good customer experiences. images of customer stores/offices/etc. that use "customer experience" as a guiding principal. Examples that come to my mind are mostly western companies, but include: Apple TD Bank Hollister Nordstroms Disney Norweigan Cruises Airport clubs... private clubs... high-end restaurants I'd like to focus on companies that serve large numbers of people and have more than one location. Retail companies are best. This is why Apple immediately comes to mind. My question is 1) Is this interesting to you? 2) Can you do the research? 3) Can you package it up in a powerpoint with graphics, text content and a last page with links to your resources? Including Apple please. 4) Do you have any samples of similar work? This is an introductory project that I'd like done this week if possible. I am looking for someone to be a VA for me on a recurring basis, and this is the kind of project I would assign. So also of interest to me is if you have availability on an ongoing basis, and if so, is this the kind of work you would take on? (online research, preparation of documents in microsoft office including .doc and .ppt) This project would be a short project, but the VA position is likely more than 10 hours a week. Thank you!
