Hello, I don`t have any clou what the price of the following project could be so I went with very small project. If this isn`t the sepctrum in which this kind of projects can be realized feel free to tell me what the spectrum is. Here the details: I need a social community portal. Besides the common social community features it should have the following features: 1. The integration of a payment system where people can donate to different Accounts. 2. A AdSystem, where Users can choose the commercial they get to see. 3. A Newsfeed, so user can see new posts to a topic they signed out to. 4. A E-Mail Newsletter which is automatically sent to the user (who signd in for a special topic) when a certain amount of clicks on a button happened. 5. A Messagingsystem so user can communicate private. 6. A Wiki-System so user can translate certain contents. 8. For every article a countdown that starts after a certain amount of Clicks on a button. The rest of the site shouldn`t be a big problem. People can post stuff, link video, audio, text, and pdfs. Upload files an share every article over all social networks. They can vote for content and the result of the voting should be shown on different parts of the page. The design for the site already exists but can only be shown to the programmer who gets the mission to complete.
