We have preliminary single line diagrams for a natural gas power generation plant (30MW) and a photovoltaic solar power generation facility (15MW). We are applying to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) for approval to develop both power facilities. But prior to the AUC application we require a tentative approval letter from the LDC. I would like an engineering review of the preliminary SLDs. At this point to look for obvious concerns with the SLD, but also to look for the protection and operations, required by the LDC. The LDC also required a PF leading, so there are provisions for this, but suggestions in this area would be a benefit also. I would perfer someone that has a lot of experience in this area, and is aware what the LDC would look for, to stream line this process. I can't guarantee any follow up work.
