Excel expert needed to generate reports
We are a call center that currently uses Ring Central VOIP as a phone system. We get raw data spreadsheets that tell us who called, when they called, if the call was answered (or not) and other information. What we are looking for is an excel specialist that will be able to build us a tool that we will be able to parse this data and generate business reports that will enable us to make quicker business decisions. Once the report is run we are looking for information such as: Number of overall inbound calls Number of inbound calls answered Number of inbound calls missed Number of inbound calls missed after 60 seconds Calls during hourly time frames Number of inbound calls answered per sales rep Number of inbound calls missed per sales rep Total outbound calls made Total outbound calls made per rep Desired Skills: MySQL, PHP, VBA Keywords: Other IT & Programming, MySQL, PHP, VBA
