Job Description Need an expert in Microsoft CRM 2011 online version. We have a small staff and need to implement this new system.. Person needs to have strong working knowledge from a CRM USER perspective and experience with past setups for clients in order to suggest strong methods and uses of this CRM to help us learn the best way to help use it for our company. Needs include: - Initial setup with best practice suggestions and configuration - Instruction and possibly migration of existing customer lists from ACT and MQSQL - Instruction and possibly coding to integrate existing website forms on 3 different PHP sites to feed data to MS CRM - Possibly having part of our site admin appear on page of CRM contacts to display details about items that they are inquiring about - Suggestions for and Setup of workflows for email nuturing and phone sales staff - Some type of training assistance to ensure staff acceptance and use of new system Applicants must have strong English written and speaking skills.
