Job Description You will set up a PBX server for us. This includes: - selecting a host with unmanaged root access - installing Asterisk or similar - configuring Asterisk with our VOIP.ms account and providing instructions to our employees - occasional maintenance and updates as required Features we require: - exceptional call quality - most of our employees are based in the Philippines and our clients are based in Canada, you must find a solution (and codec) that maintains great call quality - ability to record all phone calls - and enough storage space to store them - ability to set up calling queues, hopefully smart queues based on skills Thank you!
