Job Description My business partner will be in the Philippines on the 26th till the 28th of February 2012, and he would like someone to have a list of properties meeting our requirements ready and to take him to the properties. We will pay for the time it took to find the properties and we will pay for the time it takes to show the properties, plus gas and other expenses. So let us know how much you are expecting for each. Our requirements for a property are as following Long Term Lease (NOT BUY) - Makati Area -- Kasilawan -- Carmona -- Tejeros -- Singkamas -- La Paz -- San Antonio -- Olympia -- Valenzuela -- Pasig Ferry Hulo -- Barangay Bel-Air -- Barangay Guadalupe Viejo -- Urdaneta -- San Lorenzo 600 square meters minimum At least half of it covered, if all covered that is fine. 2 x Showers (or need to be able to build some) 2 x Toilets (or need to be able to build some) Ample parking, at least 4 parking spots, or nearby parking available Some high ceilings in an area would be preferred but not required. An old warehouse or old building would be very suitable. We need large open spaces, not office space. If it has one office space that is fine. If the property has for example 300 square meters of undercover and 300 or more uncovered outside area, that would be suitable. The property does not need to be new, we prefer a property with character. The property is to setup a gym just like www.thetoughspot.com.au this gym is based upon a roof top of an old factory. The gym makes noise, so please make sure that the area will allow noise, and that any neighbors will not be offended by noise etc. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT We flip tyres, we have heavy weights, we play music etc. Maximum $45,000 a year, this is our maximum, but we obviously want to be under this budget.
