Legal consultancy and Reviewing of contract
Job Description Hello, We run an online contractual business with a wide variety of services. Please visit our website www.ideasunlimitedonline.com for more info on our company. I need a legal consultant or attorney to speak to do these two: - Speak with me over the phone for a total of one hour on few matters so I can understand them better. - Review our client and Worker contract for suggestions and actually include few things. Please do not apply if you don't have wide knowledge in preparing contracts for independent contractors and US tax issues. I assume this work will be a total of around ten hours or even less and I am willing to pay around $100 fixed on this. I am available to speak and go over these things over the weekend if you are busy on week days and even available in between lunch hours and 5pm to 8pm US CST to discuss things. Thank you!
