Job Description I have a start up real estate business and I am looking to grow. In order to grow, I need an intelligent, responsible, entrepreneurial type person to join me. Needing someone part time from 0800-1200 - CST UTC -06 - during training with potential to go full time if contractor takes ownership of position and proves his/her dedication to help grow the business. I need you to be fairly flexible with your time and be able to self motivate yourself. I'm going to help you along the way but I am not going to stand over your shoulder to make sure you accomplish assigned tasks. Contractor must have a mic and cam for communicating & training. Must speak fluent English with very little accent and have a decent internet connection no less than B- on speed test.
