Job Description This is two phase project on an hourly basis. We require somebody to help us create a database of contacts using saved searches in an online database. Unfortunately we cannot extract from the online database so it requires manual data entry reading from the screen. You will be required to enter the following information: First Name Last Name Job Title email address Company name City Country Relationship if any (will be explained) There are several saved searches so there will be approx. 2000 contacts entered. After the first phase, you will be asked to use google and other internet tools to locate information about the company for each contact and in particular the main contact phone number for the company in that city. Templates will be provided in Microsoft Excel so you should have access to Microsoft products. We are looking for accuracy and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate in their resume that they can work in English and maintain a high level of data accuracy when they are entering data.
