Research Gov Site Terms of Use
Job Description Need a paralegal or lawyer with good technology background to research ability to interact with and exchange data with a educationally focussed gov web site. This will entail reading their terms of use and user privacy rights (and any other recommended resources) to determine what restrictions and limitations (if any) are in place for a third party service provider to build a web site that interacts with the gov website and system to assist the end user with a better experience than going to the gov website directly. More details will be provided once interview is completed. Output needs to be a nicely crafted statement paper with position on what a company can and cannot do and point or quoting supporting data from source. Bonus will be provided for good to great work.
