Job Description This market research requires a deliverable to include listings for 100 business in Virginia, USA with 60 employees or more. None of the listings are to exceed 500 employees. For each business the following must be obtained and provided: A contact name for the executive in charge of training, the HR executive, or the HR executive assistant must be provided as well as their phone number. An individual email address must also be provided for 60% those employees identified of those listed (60 unique email address). For those cases where an email is not acquirable, a general company email should be provided. An address for each business must also be given. Geographic restrictions include: At least 40% of the listings must be within a 50 mile radius of Richmond, VA but more are allowed. No more than 30% of the listings can be from Northern Virginia/NOVA (Woodbridge, Herndon, Manassas, Falls Church, Alexandria). For those unfamiliar, NOVA encompasses anything within 30 miles of Washington DC border on the Virginia side. An entry for the business type must be provided for each listing. No more than 15% of the businesses can be in IT/Computer/InformationSystems/Programming Catagorey. No more than 5% should be categorized as staffing agencies. This information will be collected in a spreadsheet that we will provide. The work will be delivered to us in 1/4 segments upon which payment will be made once a quality control check has been performed for accuracy of provided information. If the quality requirements are not met, the contractor will not be allowed to move forward with the additional work. This is intended to become ongoing work for the successful market researcher.
