I need someone to do monthly blog links for me. Here are the terms: 1) All links must be from a page with a Google Pagerank of 1+ 2) Every link must be from a different page. 3) I want links from as many different websites as possible - no more than 3 links from 1 domain in a report 4) All links must be on a page that has less than 100 outbound links 5) You must give me a 30 day warranty on the links 6) You must deliver me a report that is at least 97% or more in compliance with these terms I will not pay for projects that do not meet these terms. Not even a prorated rate. Unless I deem the proposed solution reasonable.
