Fix Joomla Template menu display probem in IE9

I have a Joomla! 1.5.23 website site with a menu that fails to display correctly in IE9. I need someone who knows their way around Joomla! and who can modify the CSS to deal with this problem, and make sure that the menu displays correctly in all major browsers. It's probably about a 15 minute job for someone who is familiar with the issue, which I understand is far from uncommon. Give me a price. I'd like to get someone onto fixing this today.
