Our client is looking for an RNT / CRM Developer. The job location is Renton, Washington. Assuming the role as RNT / CRM Developer, you will have the following responsibilities: Assists senior developers in the development of functional specifications based on vision and scope provided by the Development Manager Performs design work on new systems in the current-generation languages and platforms, exercising individual judgment to implement appropriate design patterns and practices Implements functional specifications on the targeted products Performs relational modeling under the supervision of senior developers to implement new database design within the context of the overall database structure and requirements Performs literate programming, using adequate commenting and documentation tools Adopts industry standard and team-specific coding practices Provides reasonable estimates of time and materials required to complete vision and scope goals outlined by Development Manager The successful RNT / CRM Developer will be proficient in the following: PHP C#/.Net .NET Framework 2.0 Visual Basic ASP C, C++ Web services Working knowledge of the following is also required for the RNT / CRM Developer position: Databases Oracle MySQL Applications Call Center applications Middleware applications (such as Cast Iron or Informatica) Operating Systems UNIX/Linux Windows Macintosh SOAP Web-based technologies PERL You should have demonstrable expertise in the following required technologies and tools: CSS JSP C# PHP Visual Studio and .NET Framework 4.0 SOAP Web Services SQL CRUD operations Database schemas Experience with the following is desirable and a strong plus: UML diagrams Windows Add-Ins Understanding or experience in CRM applications Proficient user of RightNow CRM desired Understanding of development patterns including model-view-controller (MVC) pattern and development frameworks preferred Ability to understand and implement rich-DHTML elements, AJAX web elements and advanced JavaScript preferred Develop custom scripts Create customize reports Integrate with backend and desktop business applications Front and back end code customizations using PHP, .NET, XML, and HTML, and JavaScript Database input via direct SQL commands and functions Complete documentation based on the work performed on the project Complete customization and integration work Assist in the production of project scopes, including research and development tasks and proving functionality or capability
