Je functie: Project Management: - Organize project governance (stakeholders, resources, external dependencies, communication plan¿) - Manage and challenge business requirements. - Coordinate architecture phase - Follow and populate architectural decisions within the impacted teams - Set-up project budget and roadmap. - Follow progress of the developments - Report on progress, timing, scope, quality and budget to the client and the senior managers. - Identify risks and issues and propose actions to tackle them.Je profiel: Personal skills Mandatory: - Analytical - Critical attitude - Creative - Client oriented - Result oriented - Quick study - Open minded - Methodical - Good communication skills Preferable: - Concise - Team worker - Self-governing Business experience required Mandatory: - Confirmed experience in managing projects Preferable - Experience in insurance business · Experience in Non-Life insurance business Technical experience required Mandatory - Microsoft Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Preferable - MS Visio, Access - Knowledge of the IBM Mainframe environment Functional experience required Mandatory: - Prince-2 project management methodology Preferable: - Experience in ¿agile¿ software development. Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English
