Regulatory Analyst (EH&S Regulatory Engineer)
Regulatory Analyst (EH&S Regulatory Engineer) This is a Product Responsibility position and is an integral part of the operation for Environmental Health and Safety group on our clients Hard Goods products. This individual will be assessing, updating, establishing and monitoring EHS systems for the compliance of the Hard Goods Divisions as the number one priority. Responsibilities will include performing product responsibility activities with the emphasis on hard goods and other articles and development of plans to help divisions meet the RoHS, WEEE and other EHS for hard goods requirements globally. Requirements: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and/or chemical engineer (mechanical preferred) Minimum 3 years Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and/or hard goods regulatory Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hard goods quality or product development Experience in regulatory such as RoHS, WEEE, REACH, and battery regulations Must have good telephone skills and be proficient at oral and written communications Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word & Excel) Ability to plan, lead and execute with deliverables on multiple projects Advanced ability to prioritize projects and manage timelines Strong organizational skills Proven ability to effectively interact with people at all levels and within all functions Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer Location: Saint Paul, MN Type: CONTRACT Duration: 365+ Days Pay Rate: DOE Contact: Volt Technical Resources (St. Paul) Volt Workforce Solutions 1270 Northland Dr., Ste. 100 Mendota Heights, MN 55120 PH: 651/468-3988 FX: 651/468-3989 Keywords: Engineering
