This project is to format a book chapter for compatibility with Microsoft Word 2003 table of contents (TOC), and to create a TOC. The chapter has only a few sections, and they are in underlined text. Your formating and TOC will be used as a template for the rest of the book's TOC. Your work must be USEFUL in this way, and that could include explaining how to expand the TOC to include other chapters. I am not well-experienced with MS word, so be prepared to explain, please.
