This matter is the corporation (Quimba) appealing a government action. 2. Quimba is a CA corporation in good standing and I am the Registered Agent. The questions are: 1. Can I file Quimba's appeal with the CFC? Or only an attorney can file this? 2. Assuming I can file, can I represent the company during the proceedings? Or can that only be done by an attorney?
