We can purchase via major supply partners (Google) using .txt files, its awful. Goals ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We rely entirely on third parties for media distribution. Our goal is to hook up our technology to a powerful user interface for our own internal use and to resell advertising inventory to third parties via self serve platform. Its difficult to submit campaigns, it is time consuming to use. To really direct your campaign stats you need to export into excel and creat a pivot table. This should happen inside the UI. Project Scope & Time Table THis is a large scale project. 2000+ Hours. Candidates ------------------------------------------------------------------------ If you have worked on complicated SAAS , CRM, Real time Bidding, AdServers then its likely you would be a good fit for this project. The build must be in ROR. We are willing to hire, individuals permanently, small teams for exnteded periods of time, and consulting companies for a large contract.
