ODesk and Elance for Niche Market -- MVC bids reviewed regardless of budget
I need the site developed ONLY in asp.net mvc 3 c sharp ms sql or oracle. If your bid is higher than the budget it will be reviewed. Please, provide real justification and detailed reasoning. Major modules: 1. As a manager i can post a job or contract. I want people to be able to see bid responses with any attachments. I want to be able to set and track milestones. I want to be able to chat, email and view project status on demand. 2. As a contractor i want to be able to view, post responses and be alerted to bids matching my criteria. I want to be able to set and track milestones. I want to be able to chat, email and view project status on demand. *Need a help ticket system as well, to provide for site issues, general support and dispute resolution. *Need screen shots every 10 minutes or so. *Need a web 2.0 design. Bonus if you work with Kendo UI. Let me know the time-frame and if you have done similiar projects. I would be very interested in purchasing a partial or complete similiar project.
